Academy Philosophy

During the 2 year course that each student will undertake here at the school, they can expect to see, hear and feel the effects of the ethos we will create by following and upholding our philosophy:

• We will not put a limit on what any one individual can achieve during their time here.
  

• Going above and beyond the call of duty will be the norm, NOT the exception.


• We believe that each member of the academy will be a role model for younger students and therefore they should demonstrate the highest possible standards.


• To demonstrate the best possible behaviours students should follow the “always on interview” idea.where standards in communication, appearance and punctuality are consistently monitored by all members of staff.


• Only by doing and attempting will we know what we are capable of.


• We must co-operate fully in the building of a community where individuals are treasured and able to grow to full potential.
• Students will need to find and maintain the correct school vs football balance, and will do so with the full support of the school staff.
