Welcome to Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Sports College.

The school is situated in the North West of Wolverhampton and is easily accessible from a number of major routes. Currently we have over 800 students on role. We have in excess of 100 dedicated members of staff, each with their own area of specialism.

We believe that at Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Sports College, we are building a community where individuals can grow and fulfill their potential. We are ranked amongst the top 25 schools nationally based on the progress students make from Year 7 to GCSE.

Pass rates are consistently high in all subjects and the number of students successfully applying to university has doubled in the past twelve months. All staff work tirelessly to unlock the gifts of all of our students. This enables them to build self-esteem, confidence, and respect, allowing them to harness their power for the good of their community. This is reflected by the success of students in leadership awards. Two of our students have been selected onto the Wolverhampton Youth Council.

As we are a Sports College we have used sport as a lever to bring success in all aspects of school life. Currently 25 students are on the programme which seeks to nurture Olympic dreams. Not all students have ability in or love sports but all are given opportunity to develop their own skills as leaders, organisers and supporters of others.

The school prides itself on the outstanding care, support and guidance given to students. This is aided by making parents welcome in school. A parents association meets with Miss Keelan every half term and the school operates an open door policy for parents.

The Catholic community is proud of the achievements of this outstanding school especially as students and staff reflect our global population. Miss Keelan believes that everything that the school offers enables them to "equip all students to take their place in an ever changing world and future".
